Creativity/Tech Tips: This is a panning motion with a slight fill flash during the tail end of the exposure, 1/2 sec at f 16. The trick to panning is to first establish the same speed as the subject,  open the shutter and allow it to close all while maintaining the subject's speed and follow your swing through even after the shutter closes.
