Creativity/Tech Tips: Special care has been made to detect, avoid and block possible lens flare in this image. Also, I always keep an eye on horizon lines...it's all too easy to make an image with a horizon slightly off kilter. Consider: if you bend over from either side to look into a camera mounted on a tripod, your mind doesn't see a proper horizon line. I try to face the camera as straight as possible when I look into the view finder. This helps me detect a crooked horizon. Stop and think about the small things that will hurt and/or help your image technically before the shutter is clicked.
