Creativity/Tech Tips: This exposure is a combination of post sunset light in the sky and a bright spotlight plugged into a car lighter. Open the shutter while the camera is on a tripod and "paint" the light across your image area. This image was 30 seconds at f4 with a 24mm lens. Be careful not to shine the light back toward the camera. You'll have to experiment with your own exposure determination. Also, be aware of what and where you photograph. This image was taken in an area where noone would be disturbed. Be considerate of other's privacy and safety. Think about other possible light sources.
