Creativity/Tech Tips: Without a helicopter, this vantage point would have included a couple days travel up steep, snowy slopes, camping in cold conditions, heavy gear on your back, etc. This exposure was made by metering the highlight area and making the image at that reading. This saturates the highlight with nice color and deepens the shadows adding to the sense of mystery and large scale.
